Christmas 2014 card #3

Each year I enjoy going to the local scrapbook Expos (Milwaukee and St. Charles). It's a chance for me to check out the new tools and techniques.  I found this Memory Box die called Hanging Ornaments.  It's a simple card, but I think elegant.  I'm going to make more in gold and red.

I got this idea from Silhouette Studio blog.  I got my Silhouette for Christmas last year and I've enjoyed it very much.  This was several different pieces that I put together. Cute huh?  This is one of my favorite cards I made this year.

Christmas is just around the corner

Good evening all!  I've been spending a lot of time in my craft room trying to work on my scrapbook. This year we went to 7 National Parks (Big Bend, Guadalupe, Carlsbad, Mesa Verde, Saguaro, Petrified Forest and Cuyahoga).  It's taken me a lot of time to get caught up.  I'll post some of my finished pages in a bit.

Now I'm trying to get ready for my Christmas mailings.  This is just one of the few cards I made using a Saturated Canary digi.  Now that the snow has hit Illinois, I really feel pressed to get these finished.
